Delivery

Your order is shipped as quickly as possible (excluding personalized products) so that you can receive it as quickly as possible. You will be notified by e-mail (e-mails are sometimes in the “SPAM” folder) as soon as your package is shipped.

THE DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHODS WE OFFER:

Colissimo to your home (without signature) : delivery in 2 to 3 working days to your home (metropolitan France). The costs amount to €6 for this carrier. We offer delivery costs with this carrier from 55€ of purchase on our site (mainland France).

Colissimo Point Relais: delivery in 3 to 4 working days to a Colissimo relay point (mainland France). The costs are €4 for this shipping method. We offer delivery costs with this carrier from 45€ of purchase on our site (mainland France).

Chronopost at home: express delivery within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 p.m. Monday to Friday (mainland France). The costs are €12 for this carrier.

Chronopost Relay: express delivery within 24 hours to a relay point for all orders placed before 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday (mainland France). The costs are €8 for this carrier.

Return procedure

You can return your products to us if they have simply been tried. Please note that at present it is impossible for us to carry out exchanges due to our small staff. We therefore only provide refunds on returned orders. If you want a product in another size/size, simply place a new order on our site.

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return your items to us for reimbursement, this period may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances (pre-orders, holiday periods, etc.).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can send your return package by Colissimo by dropping it off at the point of your choice.

Damaged or soiled products will not be taken back or refunded. Concerning personalized products, they cannot under any circumstances be the subject of an exchange or return because these are said to be tailor-made, the right of withdrawal cannot apply, in accordance with the provisions of the article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code.

TO MAKE A RETURN, YOU MUST :

– Go to our returns portal: Click here .

– Indicate your order number and your delivery postal code (without this information, you will not be able to access the returns portal).

– Prepare the package with the items to be returned as they were on delivery.

The refund is not automatic, it will only be applied when it is not possible for us to provide another solution upstream. This will be carried out within an average period of 7 working days from receipt of the return of the goods by re-credit to a bank card or by PayPal. The refund will be indicated in the name of “Atelier Danton” on your statements.
