DELIVERY : RATES AND TIMELINES
If you place your order before 3 pm (France local time) on a weekday, it is processed and shipped on that same day (excluding customized, embroidered products and pre-orders), ensuring you receive it as quickly as possible. If you place it during weekends, we process it on the next Monday or Tuesday depending on our workload. You receive an email notification as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier. Please check your spam folder as emails may sometimes be filtered there.
DELIVERY FARES TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE:
- Colissimo Home Delivery (no signature): Delivery within 2 to 3 working days at a rate of €6. Delivery is free for orders over €60.
- Colissimo Service Point: Delivery within 3 to 4 working days to a Colissimo service point at a rate of €4. Delivery is free for orders over €45.
- Chronopost Home Delivery: Express delivery in 24 hours for any order placed before 3 PM, Monday to Friday. The cost is €12 for this carrier.
- Chronopost Service point : Express delivery in 24 hours to a Chronopost service point for any order placed before 3 PM, Monday to Friday. The cost is €8 for this carrier.
DELIVERY FARES OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE:
- Colissimo for french Overseas Territories : Home delivery at a rate of €25 (covered areas: Guadeloupe, Réunion island, Mayotte, Martinique, French Guiana, New Caledonia, French Polynesia).
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands : Delivery to a service point (limited choices) at a rate of €6.90 or home delivery at a rate of €9.90.
- Austria, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Andorra : Delivery to a service point (limited choices) at a rate of €7.90 and home delivery at a rate of €13.
- Colissimo Zone 3 (Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland): Delivery to a relay point (limited choices) at a rate of €9.90 and home delivery at a rate of €14.
- Morocco, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Romania, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine: Home delivery at a rate of €19.
- India, Taiwan, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Canada, United States: Home delivery at a rate of €28.
- Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, Overseas Territories : Home delivery at a rate of €43.

RETURNS: CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE
- You can return your products if they have simply been tried on. Damaged or soiled products will not be refunded.
- You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or store credit.
- You have a period of 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for store credit only.
- If you choose the "Refund" option, it will be processed within an average of 7 working days from the day we received your returned goods. If you choose store credit, you will receive a code by email to use for your new order.
- Refund of shipping costs: Shipping costs will be fully refunded for the return of a complete order. If you only return part of the order, they will not be refunded.
- Customized products (embroidered espadrilles & "Customized Espadrille - My Payote") cannot be returned (in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code).
- Return shipping costs are free for any return made from Metropolitan France. For any return departing from abroad, return costs will apply and are the same as the delivery costs (see the “Delivery: rates and timelines” section). These will be deducted from your refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
– Go to our returns portal: Click here .
– Indicate your order number and your delivery postal code (without this information, you will not be able to access the returns portal).
– Prepare the package with the items to be returned as they were on delivery.
